All family plans include:

  • Adult benefits: 2 dental examinations, 2 hygiene appointments, 2 X-rays per year
  • Child benefits: 2 dental examinations per year
  • 10% discount on general treatment
  • Emergency appointments included
  • Fluoride applications for children if required
  • No worldwide cover available for these plans
  • All children must be aged 11-15

Important Exclusion: Emergency appointments outside our normal working hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm) are not included. Bank holidays are also excluded.

Before joining, all plans require:

  • A New Patient Examination

  • A Dental Hygiene treatment to assess eligibility


Once your membership is confirmed, you’ll receive access to your plan benefits:

  • Membership benefits activate after 6 months • Emergency dental cover begins immediately upon joining

  • Option to add the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme for an additional fee (discussed after your New Patient Examination and Hygiene appointment)


If you’re currently part of another dental membership plan and would like to switch to Kaizen Dental, we can support you with the transition. Please note that existing dental plan benefits cannot be transferred, as is the case with all dental membership providers.
